CARS is 50% owned by NAS United Health Care Services LLC, a leading TPA business in the UAE, 45% owned by United Commerical Agencies Ltd. and 5% by Sheikh Salman Bin Laden.

CARS announces its receipt on Tuesday 5th of October 2010 of SAMA's (Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency) final approval in practicing as a Third Party Administrator (TPA). Furthermore, CARS announces its receipt on Wednesday 3rd of November 2010 of CCHI's (Council of Cooperative Health Insurance) final approval in practicing as a Third Party Administrator (TPA).
